How to C.A.R.E.?

"The world is made up of those who make things happen, those who watch things happen and those who ask what happened."
(Norman R. Augustine, Aerospace Leader & Influential Advisor)

C.A.R.E. - where do I start?

You are already in the right place here, because you are dealing with the topic. Whether it is due to a Google search, a newsletter, a tip from an acquaintance or a business partner. The first step has been taken.

Clarify motivation

The first step is to find the right path together. This takes place in exploratory talks in which we talk about your experiences with Corporate Social Responsibility measures and we understand your motivation to implement C.A.R.E. in your company. We also need to know your expectations in addition to your motivation so that we can clearly define the goals for both sides. Based on the motivation, we create a project plan with suitable partners/activities. This can include both internal and external resources and transparent communication is essential. As soon as a selection has been made, we start with the detailed planning of the measure and take over the project management as well as the partner management and coordination.

Arousing commitment and defining stakeholders

Even if you find an idea formidable, this does not mean that all employees are directly on board. Here it is often necessary to arouse understanding, joy or curiosity and to define stakeholders who will drive the projects forward as "internals". We are happy to help here with content or small evaluation workshops that inspire people to participate.

Communicate goals and launch C.A.R.E. in the company

Once we have all employees on board, it is also important to communicate the goals transparently for all involved. Especially for a measure with social responsibility, open and transparent communication is important and also every employee should clearly understand what the company aims to achieve with these projects. Here, too, we are happy to help with communication.

Establish processes

To ensure a smooth process, coordination processes and responsibilities are established and recorded accordingly in our project management system. Those responsible are given their own access and are thus always informed about all steps and tasks up to the actual measure.

C.A.R.E. Activity - the Event

The event itself should be a positive experience for all participants and a personal broadening of their own horizons. Therefore, you will be accompanied and supported by us the whole time during the event, so that we can guarantee a smooth process. In addition, we create marketing-relevant content for internal as well as external communication, such as professional photos and the capture of sound bites from the supporting institution as well as the participants. We are also happy to help activate the relevant local or regional editorial offices for PR purposes in the run-up to the event. In addition, participation in an event is of course also a business card for your company and we therefore work closely with the internal personnel and PR departments.

After the event

We have noticed that after some events there is a need for the participants to talk. The great feeling of having done something good together is often something that you would like to talk about with your colleagues. For example, working with homeless people or talking afternoons with people in retirement homes is not something we do every day and even if all participants in these activities are briefed by us in detail beforehand, there is a need to share afterwards.
It is therefore a good idea to review the day and the activity together with the participants after the event, to emphasise the employer as a supporting force and to let all participants end the measure with a positive result.

Final report

For each measure, whether internal or external, you will receive a final report in the form of a classic de-briefing. Here, the measures, the participants and the results achieved are summarised in an executive summary.

Show and communicate transparency

This applies to both internal and external communication. The results achieved should be openly and clearly communicated to all C.A.R.E. participants. All content created on your behalf during the event will of course be handed over to you with the final report of the project. Afterwards, you decide which content will be used for which communication.
