Construction manager (m/f/d)

Your main tasks:

• Assume leadership of a dynamic and diversified team with the opportunity to significantly influence its development and structure. The team is made up of professionals who bring extensive experience and expertise in their field of expertise
• Establish efficiency measures and innovation strategies to further optimize existing processes and improve cost structures
• As an impulse generator and motivator, you will make a significant contribution to continuously promoting and developing the skills of your team members
• In addition to conceptual and strategic work, you also perform operational tasks and are able to create detailed design drawings, taking into account technical subtleties
• Confident handling of state-of-the-art CAD software, preferably SolidWorks or CATIA, and integration of best practice approaches into daily business workflow
• Proactive scaling approaches and strategic development of the division to deliver on the company's vision in a forward-thinking industry
• As a key position, you will report directly to senior management and be part of a network of decision makers with whom you will work closely

Your Profile:

• You have a sound technical education and several years of professional experience in the field of design, especially in plant and mechanical engineering
• Your professional career is characterized by significant leadership responsibility, in which you have not only optimized processes, but also successfully led teams
• Confident handling and profound knowledge of CAD software, especially SolidWorks or CATIA, are a matter of course for you. In addition, you have a detailed command of the latest product data management systems (PDM)
• You are at home in the international project business and therefore bring along fluent English skills. In this context, you have already mastered various intercultural challenges and built bridges between global teams.
• Your communication skills testify to your ability to take responsibility and act in a trend-setting manner. You combine assertiveness with diplomatic skills and are thus able to initiate and sustainably implement changes.
