Content Writer (m/f/d)

• Write interactive and engaging character dialogues within the training modules
• Working closely with your clients and their project teams on a daily basis to identify training needs
• Leaving the office to visit clients on site when appropriate
• Using image editing programs, you will translate the needs and requirements of your flock into high-level designs
• You are an expert at conducting content workshops, interviewing business partners, and evaluating their content input.
• You are the right person to talk to when implementing application flow simulation solutions in the company's toolkit
• You will take an active and decisive role in the Customer Simulation Team

Your experience

• Your experience in writing dialogs and/or instructions for L&D and training purposes is evident in compelling storytelling and experiential writing
• You have a super knack for story and game structure and combination
• When things get stressful, you keep a cool head
• Fun and curiosity in translating customer requirements into compelling scenarios
• Knowledge in level design, gameplay design or system design in commercial games
• Experience in using Photoshop, Figma, sketch, proto.io or similar programs
• "Unity" or "Unreal" are no foreign words for you
• You feel at home in the German and English language
