TASKS

• You will be responsible for planning, managing and monitoring the financial aspects of the business, including cost accounting, profitability analysis and financial ratios
• You will prepare financial plans and forecasts, monitor budgets, and perform variance analysis to provide meaningful reports to senior management and enable informed decision-making Your analytical skills will come into play as you evaluate financial data, analyze KPIs, and identify optimization opportunities
• You will monitor accounting processes and systems, ensure compliance with financial guidelines and laws, and be involved in internal and external controlling
• As a competent contact person, you support decision-making by providing financial information, scenario analyses and profitability calculations
• You will be actively involved in project work on the digitalization of finance, including the implementation of BI tools and automation of processes to help shape the future of the business

PROFILE

• You have a degree in business administration with a focus on finance or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a controller or in a manufacturing company testify to your expertise
• Your ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data enables you to make sound recommendations Your good command of English enables you to communicate smoothly in an international environment
• You are characterized by high analytical skills and attention to detail
• Your hands-on mentality is evident, for example, when carrying out inventories or actively participating in projects Thanks to your good communication skills, you are able to prepare complex financial information in a way that your colleagues can understand
