Controller (m/f/d)

You can look forward to these tasks:

• In your role, you will be primarily responsible for creating and optimizing monthly reports and providing management and shareholders with all necessary reports in the context of the company and the group.
• Independently and across departments, you will prepare forecasts and budgets with the division heads of all affiliated companies, review the cost center structure and, if necessary, reorganize it.
• You are also responsible for the segment of personnel key figures, you permanently keep an eye on the cost structures, write target/actual analyses and derive pragmatic recommendations for action.
• In your position, you will constantly encounter new topics and situations, quasi greenfield, in order to implement processes and standards.
• Look forward to the introduction of Power BI and the gradual departure of manual Excel spreadsheets, actively help with this transformation

Your profile we are looking forward to:

• The foundation is a successfully completed business/university degree with a focus on finance and or controlling and practical experience of at least 4 years
• With your very broad expertise, you can solve complex issues and explain them in a clear and transparent manner.
• In regular intervals new companies are acquired, which you of course integrate and consolidate on an intercompany level, our client uses the solution "Tagetik" for this purpose, with which you have ideally already worked or have a high affinity for new software solutions
• You enjoy communicating on different hierarchical levels and working in English in an international context.
• You organize yourself and your work, manage to motivate yourself intrinsically and establish yourself as a permanent fixture within the team, consisting of a total of 3 colleagues.
