Group Guidelines Officer (m/f/d)

Your responsible area of responsibility

  • Preparation of the national Group Risk Report as well as the international Corporate Risk Report for senior management and the Group Executive Board - from preparation to summary and its updating
  • Writing the Group management report on the topics of opportunity and risk assessment
  • Further development of the underlying reporting process and its rollout in the international subsidiaries
  • Validation and coordination of the internal audit plan
  • Project work on the preparation of Group policies/guidelines
  • Close cooperation and coordination with corresponding departments as a central contact person in all matters relating to your range of tasks

Your qualification profile

  • Successfully completed master studies
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of risk & audit and/or compliance or Corporate Communication, ideally with a focus on the retail industry
  • Knowledge of methods and experience with project management tools (JIRA), (group) reporting and internal audit standards
  • Fluent English and German, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when working with board members and senior management
  • The ability to present complex issues in a coherent, structured and clear manner; information must be understood and processed quickly in this context (example: risk viewpoints, evaluation of issues)
  • A self-reliant and result-oriented way of working rounds off your profile
  • Very good knowledge of Word and Excel
