Head of Finance (m/f/d)

Your future tasks:

• Responsibility for the entire finance function, including controlling, finance and accounting, as well as the strategic direction of the finance department
• Further development and implementation of financial strategies, processes and systems to optimize business performance
• Control of budgets, liquidity planning and risk management in close cooperation with the executive management
• Analyzing financial data, identifying growth opportunities and deriving recommendations for action
• Ensuring compliance with national and international accounting standards (HGB, IFRS) and statutory regulations
• Leading and developing a highly qualified team in the finance area, promoting talents and junior employees

Your profile:

• Completed studies in business administration, economics or similar field with a focus on finance/controlling
• Several years of experience in a management position in the finance area, ideally in an international industrial company
• Sound controlling know-how and experience in the implementation of financial strategies, budget planning and cost management
• Fluent in English for confident negotiations on an international level and intercultural communication
• Hands-on mentality, leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills to successfully lead and promote the finance team
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges in the finance sector, as well as the ability to actively pitch in and not be too shy for any task
