Financial accountant (m/f/d)

Your responsible area of responsibility

• Promoting HR management in the plant in the context of steering strategic projects, preparing company agreements and further developing HR tools
• Expert design and management of individual and collective operational HR issues in close cooperation with the support areas and managers (e.g. personnel adjustments, employee development or reorganizations)
• Performing operational, day-to-day HR tasks and responsibilities in compliance with collective bargaining and company regulations
• Trusting cooperation with employee representatives
• Taking over the implementation of the new tool "Workday" and the automation of the department
• Execution of the entire personnel selection process in own area of responsibility, from personnel planning to onboarding, including applicant management and contract negotiations
• Responsibility of change and performance management processes, as well as evaluation and provision of HR key figures
• Provide tactical support to assigned business unit/function within approved budgets, headcount and timelines
• Work closely with the payroll department as well as the external payroll service provider

Your qualification profile

• Successfully completed business studies with a focus on human resources management
• Well-founded, several years of professional experience in a core area of HR, preferably in the operational HR management of an internationally active industrial company as HR Business Partner
• Very good knowledge of English
• Experience in the application of German labor law as well as the collective bargaining agreement of IG Metall North Rhine-Westphalia
• High level of personal competence, empathy and communication skills in dealing with all common HR stakeholders
• Ability to work in a team, under pressure and a high degree of independence and flexibility
