Your profile we are looking forward to

  • A degree in business administration, law or social sciences with a clear focus on human resources or a similar course of study
  • Relevant experience in cross-site personnel management of commercial employees, ideally in an industrial company
  • An in-depth knowledge of the full spectrum of operational and conceptual human resources work, including recruiting, employee development, and employment law
  • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness, enabling you to communicate and negotiate successfully at all levels
  • Confident cooperation with works councils and good knowledge of works constitution law
  • Flexibility and a high willingness to travel to ensure a personal presence at the various locations
  • A high level of motivation, independence and initiative to work successfully in a dynamic environment
  • An appreciative and team-oriented approach to work in order to promote a positive working atmosphere and cooperation with all colleagues

Your exciting tasks

  • Operational and strategic sparring partner (m/f/d) of the regional management contact person for specialists and managers, in 8 branches
  • Active implementation and management of strategic HR projects within a value-oriented and appreciative culture
  • Recruitment of specialists and executives in cooperation with the recruiting team of the head office in Hamburg
  • Supporting individual personnel measures and dealing with labor law issues
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards
  • Ensuring trusting, proactive cooperation with the works councils of the branches and negotiating company agreements
  • Accompanying and managing personnel development processes together with the central personnel development department
