In the newly created role of HRIS Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the entire initial implementation and all activities related to the Human Resource Information System.

Your key role

  • Overall leadership and management of the complete implementation process of a new HRIS at the locations in Germany, Austria and Scandinavia
  • From the beginning you will be responsible for the planning, execution and follow-up of the entire process.
  • Leadership and responsibility of your team, consisting of 4 team members
  • As an interface with the multinational managers of the various departments, you define the project requirements and ensure that they are met
  • You will be in constant contact with the works council, lawyers and other agreement bodies for a smooth rollout
  • Monitoring project progress and meeting deadlines and cost targets
  • Managing and appropriately communicating associated risks, issues and changes

Your wealth of experience

  • Through your many years of professional experience and lead involvement in complex projects or change programs, you bring in-depth knowledge of project management, desirably in the retail or human resources industry
  • You demonstrate your negotiating skills and the right intuition in dealing with a wide range of interfaces on a daily basis
  • You solve your routine handling of a multitude of technical instructions in oral, written or diagram form with your analytical and conceptual skills
  • Good knowledge of HRIS programs (Workday, Oracle, Okta, Sage, Towers Watson, etc.)
  • In a constantly changing environment, you can easily and effectively prioritize, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
  • Fluency in English and German is essential due to the international work environment
  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration
