Your tasks
Together with the management, you will work in a familiar and trusting management culture and shape the change to a company with modern HR instruments.
As an experienced HR generalist, you will act as a competent and critical sparring partner for the executives, in particular on the topics of
- HR controlling
- HR marketing and recruiting
- Further training and executive coaching
- Employee development
- employee branding
- Labor law & operational personnel support
What you bring to the table
You are motivated to shape the HR future at our client, to take responsibility and to lead the way. You have
- Completed studies or a comparable degree (specialization in human resources / business administration an advantage)
- At least 5 years of experience as HR generalist
- Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of French desirable
- Extensive knowledge of labor law
- Experience in coaching executives
- Solution & result oriented work
- Methodical consulting skills
- Knowledge of DATEV desirable
- Convincing appearance characterized by reliability and empathy
