Your profile

  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, logistics with an IT focus or a comparable course of study
  • Professional experience in the operation of logistics IT applications as well as deep technical and process-related product knowledge
  • First contact with Microsoft D365 and experience in an agile environment of a retailer
  • You are familiar with IT Operations, especially important is experience in Application Performance Management (APM) and also experience in Transport Management Systems
  • Business fluent German and very good English skills
  • A communicative personality, a desire to work in a dynamic team and a solution-oriented approach complete your profile

Your tasks

  • Responsibility for the stable operation of your applications in your product team, with the goal of developing mature back-up concepts and minimizing downtime
  • Development of self-dependent measures for a secure operation of the applications and control of these, through the complete product life cycle
  • Regular exchange with IT service providers and colleagues in the in-house infrastructure to stabilize the system landscape
  • Execution of IT tests on a process level, in close cooperation with the test management team
  • Together with your team, you also act as the central contact person for 2nd level support for all product-specific questions
