Manager Technology (m/f/d)

Your experience and qualifications:

• You have a degree in engineering in supply technology, gas technology, mechanical engineering, process engineering or a comparable course of study
• At least five years of professional experience in the liquid gas, technical gases or fuels industry
• First disciplinary and technical leadership required
• You have a sound knowledge of plant and safety engineering and proven expertise in quality management
• In your role, you see yourself both as an experienced specialist in technical workflows and as a change manager with the ambition to question processes and to map them as "lean" as possible
• You combine entrepreneurial thinking with empathy and the ability to work in a team, which means that you always act in the interests of your employer and live out a cooperative management style.
• Your communication skills convince customers and business partners

Your tasks:

• Leadership and further development of the safety engineering and quality management department with over 20 employees nationwide, in terms of modernization, process optimization and safety
• Plant safety including regulatory knowledge, alarm and hazard prevention plans
• Authority management including plant approvals and safety reports
• Implementation of measures for environmental protection and hazardous materials as well as fire protection
• Plant documentation
• Further development of technical plants
• Implementation of internal and external audits and training
• Association activities
• Cooperation with other divisions and companies of the company
