Merchandising Projektmanager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • As a creative mind and reliable merchandising manager, you will oversee retail projects from preliminary design to implementation at the point of sale
  • You understand retail and know how to place and arrange products in an appealing way to ensure optimal customer flow and strong sales, brand and product presentation
  • You will also develop creative merchandising and merchandise presentation concepts to strengthen market leadership in joint coordination with our retail partners and store designers
  • The permanent optimization of the performance of the assortment concepts as well as the constant identification of improvement possibilities are part of your responsibilities
  • You act independently, manage time, projects and resources and continuously develop merchandising processes and tools further

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in e.g. economics, business informatics, business administration or comparable education with corresponding qualification as e.g. project leader, project manager or from strategic sales/ sales manager
  • Ideally at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in merchandising, preferably in the implementation of concepts on the sales floor
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Extensive technical and process-related merchandising expertise as well as the responsibility for the success of your concepts
  • Project management experience in controlling cross-divisional strategic and operational projects
  • Results-oriented approach, organizational skills, strong initiative and self-organization as well as enjoyment of project work
