Partner / Affiliate Manager (m/f/d) for Energy Concepts and Services

With its services and products, our business partner operates in the direct environment of the energy transition. Its activities and successes lead to an immediate improvement in the CO2 balance of buildings. The areas of smart metering, photovoltaics (PV), e-mobility, and heating and cooling contracting are being combined into smart energy concepts. Against this background, it is only logical that our client has anchored the avoidance of CO2 as one of the relevant key figures in its objectives. The challenges of our time, as well as increasing digitalization, require a constantly changing and transforming organization. In order for all this to bear fruit, and also to actively shape the growth of our partner, we are looking for reinforcement in the form of the newly created position as Affiliate Manager. A connection to the locations Berlin, Hamburg, Eschborn, Nuremberg and Dortmund is possible.

Your tasks

  • You independently build up the partner affiliate area, identify the right partners and exciting potentials
  • You work out marketing/sales concepts together with the partners, which you implement jointly
  • You independently manage these campaigns and are the central contact person for our cooperation partners
  • You pay attention to continuous development and improvement of existing cooperations and partnerships
  • You proactively observe the market and develop a network to the most important players
  • You create market analyses and evaluations by analyzing the campaign results, make decisions regarding the further partner strategy and thus ensure the effectiveness of the implemented measures.

Your profile

  • You already have some experience in the area of partner cooperation/partner management and/or in sales
  • You think analytically, but can also contribute creatively to marketing campaigns You are familiar with terms such as SEO, conversion and tracking
  • You are communicative and like to exchange ideas with others and can inspire our partners
  • Experience in online marketing is optional, but a bonus
  • Proactive and independent way of working as well as assertiveness
