- Technical and disciplinary responsibility for the entire personnel area consisting of administration, personnel development, training, recruiting and payroll

Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in economics or law
- Several years of comprehensive and general professional experience in the field of human resources
- Professional and disciplinary management experience is desirable
- Experience in working with works councils and in works council negotiations
- Profound knowledge of collective bargaining law, in particular also in the classification of employees
- In-depth knowledge of labor law in all current issues
- Fluent written and spoken German
- "Process mindset", you value structure and clear processes
- You excel in communication and diplomatic skills
- Good interpersonal relationships are important to you and as an experienced team player you quickly find your way into the organization and convince with your cooperative leadership style
