Your diversified and responsible field of activity in Saarland

  • Technical and disciplinary responsibility for the entire personnel area consisting of administration, personnel development, training, recruiting and payroll
  • Advising and supporting managers on all personnel-related issues
  • Trustful cooperation with the works councils
  • Handling and support of all labor law topics, issues and company agreements
  • Your focus is on the further development of talent management, strategic personnel development and external personnel recruitment
  • You will also support your new employer in the development and expansion of employer branding
  • As HR manager for the entire group, you will be involved as a sparring partner in all HR-relevant strategic issues

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in economics or law
  • Several years of comprehensive and general professional experience in the field of human resources
  • Professional and disciplinary management experience is desirable
  • Experience in working with works councils and in works council negotiations
  • Profound knowledge of collective bargaining law, in particular also in the classification of employees
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law in all current issues
  • Fluent written and spoken German
  • "Process mindset", you value structure and clear processes
  • You excel in communication and diplomatic skills
  • Good interpersonal relationships are important to you and as an experienced team player you quickly find your way into the organization and convince with your cooperative leadership style
  • Dynamism and a desire to drive your company forward with innovation
