Plant Manager (m/f/d) Metal Processing

Our client is a traditional company in the metal processing industry in the Donaueschingen region. As part of an established group of companies, our business partner combines the flexibility and dynamism of a small medium-sized company with the security of a larger company. In order to lead the company successfully into the coming years, we are looking for a personality as Operations Manager (m/f/d) with the clear perspective of taking over the management within the first 6-12 months.

  • Strategic development of toolmaking: Maximize efficiency and quality in toolmaking through strategic measures
  • Maintenance and resource management: Be responsible for the maintenance, care and resource-oriented management of machines and tools
  • Excellence in delivery reliability and quality: Take responsibility for delivery reliability, productivity, quality and occupational safety
  • Transformation of structures and processes: Play a key role in shaping the further development of structures and processes
  • Future-oriented management with profit and loss responsibility: Manage the company in a future-oriented manner and take responsibility for P&L

YOUR PROFIL:

  • Management experience: you have already successfully managed teams or departments in a similar environment
  • Technical understanding: Sound knowledge of toolmaking and a technical understanding are essential
  • Entrepreneurial thinking: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are proactive and results-oriented
  • Strong communication skills: You have excellent communication skills and can interact effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Analytical thinking and strategic approach: You skillfully analyze the current situation and develop appropriate measures from this
