Your tasks

  • Steering of an interdisciplinary product team (business & tech) as well as involved external service providers to find & integrate a new customer service platform and automate customer care processes
  • Working according to Scrum and Kanban processes, adapted to the specific needs of our products
  • Responsibility for the output of the team and the design of the roadmap as well as the prioritization of the product backlog considering the overall strategy
  • Creation of concepts and business logics for the product with the involvement of stakeholders and other product owners
  • Development and visualization of user journeys for "happy" and "unhappy" scenarios of customer requests to customer service, with a prioritized recommendation for the MVP and of business logic diagrams for customer requests to customer service for their processing
  • Further development of the product based on market trends and own ideas to optimize the customer experience

Your profile

  • Completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of online retail, ideally with a focus on customer service processes and their challenges
  • Knowledge of agile working, ideally as a product owner
  • Very good conceptual and analytical skills, also in modeling business processes (BPMN, EPK etc.) as well as requirements engineering
  • Business fluent German and very good English skills
  • Communicative personality, negotiation skills, empathy, as well as a positive demeanor coupled with a passion for innovation and hands on mentality
