What you bring with you
- Completed studies (bachelor's or master's degree) in engineering, forestry, surveying, agricultural sciences or a comparable field of study
- Experience conducting title acquisition negotiations and working with cadastral information and land registry data
- Willingness to travel on a limited basis in the mid-network area
- Class B driver's license
- Good oral and written communication skills
- High degree of personal responsibility, confident appearance and assertiveness in negotiations at the customer's site
- Negotiating skills, a sense of responsibility and an open and communicative manner round off your profile
These are your tasks
- Obtaining line rights and conducting negotiations with property owners and land users
- Calculation of acquisition costs and compensation amounts for pipeline rights
- Service provider management for negotiations on pipeline rights and preparatory construction work
- Supporting the departments in external communication about upcoming construction projects
- Determination of compensation rates as well as preparation and review of land damage agreements within the scope of construction measures
- Participation in and support of official procedures (e.g., dispossession/expropriation procedures)
- Communication with authorities regarding construction projects
