Project Manager Business Transformation - Sustainability (m/f/d)

• You will take over the technical leadership of cross-organizational project teams and thus be responsible for the timely and budget-conscious further development of our sustainable strategic projects.
• As a central project manager, you will serve as an internal consultant, sparring partner, and idea generator for project leaders throughout all project stages. You enjoy sharing your expertise and knowledge with project teams and providing guidance in project workshops.
• To continuously improve the sustainable strategic projects, you will establish standardized process standards, implement and leverage the potentials of existing and new tools and systems.
• You will create central project plans, always with the goal of sustainability throughout the company.
• Additionally, you will prepare decision templates and progress reports for the management and co-determination committees.

YOU BRING THIS ENERGY WITH YOU:

• You have a degree in business administration or business engineering or a comparable qualification
• Proven track record in project management and developing innovative strategies, desirable Industry experience in the energy sector
• You have IT understanding and always think processes from a customer perspective
• You are a team player with excellent communication skills, a pragmatic service, and solution-oriented mindset
• Your strong communication skills are demonstrated, for example, in moderating project meetings
• With your drive and innovation, you identify process weaknesses to improve the overall team.
• You are not afraid to make difficult decisions, if required, in the interest of the company and process improvement.
