Project Manager Modernization (m/f/d)

Your responsible field of activity

• Independently project manage, plan and implement the project, which is scheduled for several years - creating a seamless link between vision and implementation by skillfully combining architecture, design and functionality
• Your expertise also extends beyond the aesthetic level, identifying, as well as implementing, energy-saving solutions and sustainable approaches to create a greener future
• Acting as a liaison between the client and executing internal and external partners, you will set clear requirements and monitor progress to ensure smooth delivery
• Preparation of specifications for tenders and participation in award procedures for fall within your area of responsibility
• With your financial eye, you plan, control and monitor the costs of the project, keep all parties involved informed and create transparency for well-founded decisions of the entire project with a construction volume in the billion euro range
• As an accomplished coordinator, you will bring together your team of five, external service providers and technical experts to ensure that all aspects of the project are harmoniously integrated

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable engineering discipline.
• You bring valuable experience in construction management and have extensive technical knowledge in the areas of technical building equipment (TGA), building law and fire protection - your holistic approach is reflected in an economic and cross-divisional thinking
• Working with MS Projekt and ORCA AVA is child's play for you, which enables you to plan and monitor projects efficiently.
• Personal responsibility, reliability and assertiveness are evident in your professional working style
• You have the necessary ambition and the right commitment to successfully drive projects forward.
