Property Manager (m/f/d)

Our business partner, an owner-managed real estate boutique specializing in the selective compilation, as well as the brokerage of prime office properties. The company is characterized by a unique expertise in the management of selected office properties. It prides itself on creating a trusted environment where the highest standards are prioritized with tailored support. The portfolio, totaling approximately 50,000 sq. ft. of office properties, is concentrated in downtown Cologne and sporadically in the surrounding Rhineland. In your new role as Property Manager (m/f/d), you will be primarily responsible for commercial management, including the preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts and addenda.

YOUR VARIED AND CHALLENGING AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Independently manage all property-related leases, including adjustments and renewals
  • Working closely with Technical Property Management to implement lease provisions related to alterations, renovations and modernization projects
  • Serve as a point of contact for tenants, architects, insurance companies and other stakeholders and handle communication and coordination of various concerns
  • Preparation and processing of regular reports on all current contracts for the management - you will always keep an eye on contract terms and notice periods
  • Clarification and contact person for legal cases that arise

WHAT YOU IDEALLY BRING WITH YOU:

  • You have completed training as a real estate agent (m/f/d) or have a comparable real estate qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the commercial management of commercial properties
  • You demonstrate organizational talent, negotiating skills and assertiveness in dealing with various business partners, such as architects or tenants
  • Distinct communication skills and social competence round off your profile
