Your mission is to take it on:

  • You play the main role in the search for new team members and accompany them on their journey from the application to the first day of work
  • With your charming manner, you approach potential candidates on various channels and conduct interviews at all levels - whether on the phone, digitally or in a face-to-face meeting
  • You maintain contacts with universities and service providers and represent your employer at regional job fairs - as the company's brand ambassador in terms of employee recruitment
  • You ensure that the application management system is always up to date and that applicants do not have to wait long for feedback
  • Your job is to ensure an excellent candidate experience by regularly keeping up to date with recruiting trends and setting key standards for internal recruiting processes
  • You make plans for recruiting and employer branding activities and implement these creative ideas - always with the goal of attracting the best talent
  • As an important part of the HR team, you are also involved in administrative issues and HR projects

  • You have a degree in HR management, business administration, business psychology or a comparable qualification
  • You have gained initial experience in the areas of recruiting, personnel marketing and employer branding and love social media
  • You always keep track of current trends and developments in recruiting and the job market and like to try out new approaches
  • You succeed in inspiring people with your open and communicative manner
  • Your communication skills help to convey clear and effective messages to make the entire recruiting and onboarding process more efficient and successful
  • Your ability to organize tasks and projects well is essential for maintaining an overview and optimizing the flow of work in the HR department
  • A structured way of working helps you to prioritize and meet deadlines while ensuring quality of work
  • As an important part of the company culture, great emphasis is placed on collaboration and team spirit
