Senior E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d)

Thus, our business partner secures its place as Europe's leading waterproofing and coating company. To guarantee continued success, the existing online store will be further developed and expanded, taking the entire e-commerce to the next level. An international 8-person Digital Sales & Marketing team awaits you, in which you will be fully responsible for the online store as Senior E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d). You will work from wherever you want in Germany and occasionally visit the Cologne location. Your job

  • Independent planning, conception and implementation of a possible SAP HANA / C4 Commerce migration
  • Coordination of digital agencies to improve e.g. predictive search or further e-shop solutions
  • Expansion of digital sales channels, e.g. marketplaces and digital business models, revenue monitoring, where is the most business generated?
  • Further development of existing digital sales channels; opening up the existing e-shop
  • Regular KPI tracking, such as conversion, number of orders, turnover
  • Support of campaign management and efficient promotion of the e-shops internally and externally
  • Collaboration with the IT department regarding ERP development and infrastructure
  • Identification of additional revenue potential, you know the trends of tomorrow
  • Definition and analysis of user stories for the continuous improvement of the digital customer experience journey
  • Permanent benchmarking of the digital activities of the main competitors
  • Supporting the requirements management of the different OXID eSales platforms (B2B) via a ticket system

What you bring with you

  • Successfully completed degree or completed training in the field of business administration, marketing or similar
  • Well-founded, several years of professional experience in a core area of e-commerce, preferably in B2B e-commerce
  • Knowledge of OXID, Magento and project management tools (e.g. JIRA), or comparable software solutions
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Maximum enthusiasm for online sales and online stores
  • Visionary ideas and an extraordinary sense for the ideal customer journey
  • Desire for occasional live meetings
