Plant Manager (m/f/d) Metal Processing

Our business partner is an owner-managed real estate boutique that specializes in the selective compilation and brokerage of first-class commercial and residential properties. The company is characterized by a unique expertise in the management of upscale properties. It prides itself on creating an intimate environment in which the highest standards of bespoke care are paramount. The portfolio of approximately 50,000 m² of properties is concentrated in the city center of Cologne and occasionally in the surrounding Rhineland. In your new role as Senior Real Estate Expert (m/f/d), you will have a 360° view of the selected properties in the portfolio and demonstrate your expertise in the areas of facility, property and asset management!

YOUR PROFIL:

  • Management experience: you have already successfully managed teams or departments in a similar environment
  • Technical understanding: Sound knowledge of toolmaking and a technical understanding are essential
  • Entrepreneurial thinking: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are proactive and results-oriented
  • Strong communication skills: You have excellent communication skills and can interact effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Analytical thinking and strategic approach: You skillfully analyze the current situation and develop appropriate measures from this
