(Senior) SAP FS-ICM Consultant (m/f/d)

Then you can look forward to this task:

• Supporting the SAP Incentive & Commission Management (ICM) team of experts with internal and external project tasks.
• Consulting customers and partners on all aspects of compensation management
• Requirement analyses and optimizations of business processes in the area of agent-related remunerations
• Creation of business and IT concepts as well as implementation in SAP FS-ICM
• Direct support of project management in planning, execution and coordination through independent implementation of defined topics
• Cooperation with the sales team in the acquisition of new customers and projects
• Depending on the project, you will work on-site at the customer or flexibly remotely

Your profile we are looking forward to:

• Completed studies in (business) informatics or economics and/or comparable completed professional training
• Several years of experience in a consulting role; ideally in the insurance and finance sector
• Good professional/technical knowledge and experience in the commission module SAP FS-ICM
• Very good conceptual, methodical and analytical skills coupled with a professional appearance and presentation skills
• Very good written and spoken German and good English skills complete your profile
• Project-related willingness to travel in Germany and neighboring countries
