Site Manager (m/f/d) Demolition

As an experienced site manager, you are responsible for the technical, economic, and timely and professional execution of construction measures. You will be responsible for small and large projects with a focus on demolition. Reporting directly to the managing director, you will assume responsibility for the construction sites and make a significant contribution to the economic success of the company with your work. Your tasks

  • You will be independently responsible for all demolition construction projects in the Rhineland region and report directly to management
  • Management and organization of personnel assignments
  • Work preparation, quality assurance, accident prevention, accounting and documentation
  • Execution of acceptance and complaint management including supplementary negotiations
  • Economical use of vehicle and machinery fleet
  • Preparation and implementation of sales planning and order monitoring

Your profile

  • Civil engineer with several years of professional and project management experience in the demolition industry
  • Pleasure in developing and implementing innovative ideas
  • Good user skills in a calculation software
  • Open and honest dealings with business partners and employees of your own company and subcontractors
  • Entrepreneurial thinking in terms of cost awareness and budget control
  • Commitment and readiness for action, with you the construction site planning starts in the morning
  • You are a true team player and place value on respectful interaction
  • Driving license class B for site visits in the region, radius on average 50 km
