• A solid engineering background (e.g. in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or as an industrial engineer) forms the basis of your professional experience
• You have experience in a matrix organization and speak business fluent in German and English
• In your last position, you were able to gain experience in constructive cooperation with a works council
• Assertiveness, organizational talent as well as strategic vision are among your strong communication skills are part of your qualities.
