As Solution Team Leader (m/f/d) you are responsible for the technical vision of the HRIS. Together with your team, you develop and implement a complex HR information system within Europe. You understand the business and process requirements and translate them into a system infrastructure so that the configuration meets all requirements.

Your varied area of responsibility

  • Contribute to the configuration and implementation of a pan-European HRIS solution
  • Developing, creating and testing interfaces between the HR system and other business processes or systems
  • Support in recruiting and building an international HRIS team for the entire implementation of a pan-European system
  • Working closely with management and various departments to identify business and business process requirements
  • Planning and managing a complex project plan in line with project objectives as well as commercial KPIs
  • Implement systems and procedures to ensure BAU teams are trained and developed in system architecture and usage.
  • Responsibility for compliance with legal requirements in terms of human capital management, time recording and remuneration.

Ideally you will have

  • A successfully completed degree in economics, business informatics or a comparable course of study
  • Relevant professional experience in the HRIS environment and system architecture
  • You are familiar with the development and cross-national implementation of complex HR systems and have already been able to gain extensive project experience
  • Experience in building, leading and developing multinational teams is an advantage
  • You tolerate the DSGVO
  • You demonstrate your strong communication skills and team player mentality in dealing with your team and various interfaces on a daily basis.
  • Your fluency in German and English rounds off your profile
