Currently, the company is conquering the German market at a rapid pace and has the development of a sustainable and viable HR group structure. In the newly created role as HR Business Partner Talent Acquisition (m/f/d), you will be responsible for strategic and operational recruitment, as well as for your recruiting team. You will strengthen the People & Talent Team by actively identifying and inspiring personalities for your employer and making a significant contribution to achieving the goals set. With your expertise, you will manage the staffing of the various stores in Germany and Austria as well as at the head office in Cologne.

What you bring with you

  • A university degree ideally in the field of economics, such as business psychology or business administration with a focus on human resources management
  • Relevant practical work experience in strategic and operational recruiting
  • You are an organizational talent and always keep track of all vacancies and applicants
  • You have the desire to grow personally and professionally and to take responsibility for the recruiters in the team
  • You are structured, question processes, think analytically and are motivated to organize and structure a fast growing environment.
  • As a creative mind, you are well versed in the most common social media and networking platforms
  • Your fluent German and English skills round off your profile

Your diversified field of activity

  • You have the strategic and operational responsibility for the entire recruiting processes in Germany and Austria, starting from the definition of the requirement profile to the targeted filling of vacancies across all channels
  • You bring the candidate experience to the next level, continuously analyze the current application process and set the appropriate impulses for continuous optimization with new trends
  • You keep an eye on your recruiting KPIs at all times and use them to derive helpful recommendations for action and measures to achieve the company's goals
  • You identify and use the appropriate sourcing channels across all networks to actively address talents and are always creative and innovative
  • You further develop the employer brand and derive internal as well as external measures to increase awareness as an employer
  • You actively support projects, events and workshops in recruiting and employer branding and focus on attracting new talent in the DACH region with creative input
