  • Content development of SAP market offerings in the context of insurance and banking, especially in the SAP solutions FS-CD and FI
  • Technical leadership and support of the team of employees in Germany and Nearshoring (Serbia/Poland)
  • Further development of the methodical approach in the dock for continuous improvement of processes
  • Actively take ownership of internal issues and projects to improve the performance of the team and the organization
  • Operational activities such as customer support, functional and/or technical consulting, requirements management and test management
  • Communication and collaboration with Integration Delivery colleagues in Serbia/Poland to ensure smooth project flow and successful implementation of projects.

Through your expertise in SAP and operations as well as your ability to provide technical leadership and development to the team, you will contribute to improving and enhancing the Financial Service offerings and services.


You bring in-depth experience in SAP and operations, especially in the relevant industries of insurance and banking. In addition, you have the following knowledge and experience:

  • A strong willingness to learn and actively take on responsibility, with the spirit to lead by example and the courage to develop further.
  • In-depth knowledge of one or more of the following SAP solutions: FI, FS-CD, FIORI
  • Technical understanding of payment transactions in insurance
  • Basic understanding of run and change issues, operational processes and willingness to further develop operational standards
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and other agile frameworks methods as well as requirements and quality management is an advantage.
