Technical Property Manager (m/f/d)

Our business partner, an owner-managed real estate boutique, specializes in the selective compilation, as well as the brokerage of first-class office properties. The company is characterized by a unique expertise in the management of selected office properties. The portfolio of office properties is concentrated in downtown Cologne and sporadically in the surrounding Rhineland. In the new role as Technical Property Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for managing the technical equipment of the properties. You will ensure that the various properties are in optimal condition and meet the highest standards.

YOUR RESPONSIBLE TASKS:

  • Holistic technical supervision, including maintenance of the four properties with a total of approx. 50,000 sqm in the Belgian Quarter.
  • The focus will be on the planning and implementation of modernization and refurbishment projects.
  • The supervision together with the coordination of the external service providers including the different trades fall into your area of responsibility
  • Regular inspections of the technical building equipment to ensure that it is in perfect working order
  • Budget planning and management as well as processing of defect and damage management

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

  • Completed training or studies in the field of technology, civil engineering, technical real estate management or a similar discipline
  • Several years of professional experience in technical real estate management coupled with in-depth knowledge of building services engineering, maintenance and modernization of properties
  • Experience in project planning and implementation, also to oversee large-scale conversions
  • In addition to independent working style, also a high sense of responsibility for the implementation of maintenance and modernization measures
