• Academic background: you are an enrolled student in a Bachelor's or Master's program. You have the ability to tackle complex problems and find innovative solutions. Your analytical thinking and passion for recruiting and human resources are reflected in your choice of degree program.
• Practical experience: You have already gained initial experience in a challenging environment. Whether it's internships, working student jobs, or even your own projects, you've already cut your teeth in recruiting and are ready to jump to the next level.
• Language skills: Your German and English skills are top-notch. You are able to express yourself in a stylistically confident manner, both orally and in writing, in order to communicate effectively with candidates, clients and teammates alike.
• Adaptability: Your flexibility is evident in your approach to different tasks and challenges. You never lose your head, even when things get a little stressful. You are able to stay on top of things in a fast-paced environment and prioritize your tasks efficiently.
