Then we can be satisfied and sit back and relax, can't we?

There is still a lot for us to do.

For us it was always clear, in our common company we work with the same rights and the same share of duties.

Today on International Women's Day, we think of all the people who have no chance for equality, no chance to achieve their dreams.

We ALL are responsible for ensuring that equal rights are not only accepted, but actively lived.

Not only on panel discussions and in marketing, but also behind closed doors.
No matter whether at home, in the company or anywhere else.

Accordingly, one day the front pages of newspapers will no longer say: "The wife of ...".
