They don't exist.

Searching for an IT specialist is like searching for a unicorn. Both are magical, much courted and sung about creatures that only cross the path of very special people and drive one or the other mad in their quest.

It seems almost impossible to find an IT-ler, but if you believe in it very strongly, don't let yourself be distracted from your goal and have a little luck, you might find one after all.
