We have always done it this way

When I hear people say this sentence, alarm bells start ringing.

A "We've always done it that way" leads me to automatically either roll my eyes, clap my hands over my head or simply shut down inside.

I then CAN'T and WON'T listen anymore.

Leaving the comfort zone is unimaginable for many people, even on the job.

And so it happens permanently in everyday working life that smart ideas are not given a chance.
Visionary thoughts and progressive considerations are dismissed and thwarted.

Your young talents are thwarted.

In the medium term, your company will also be thwarted, and that's just because you've always done it that way.
