I’m Alexander Siepe, and I take responsibility for the section “Engineering & Production” at Engfer Consulting.

Alexander Siepe is responsible for the ‘Engineering & Production’ section at Engfer Consulting. Through his education in mechanical engineering to Dipl.-Ing. level, with a specialism in production technology, and his many years of experience as a production manager, he knows the importance of streamlined processes in manufacturing companies. He is well acquainted with both the short chains of command in owner-managed structures and those found in large corporations. And his great expertise and high degree of value orientation mean that he can support companies in dealing with the resulting HR issues.

My name is Christoph Dardenne and I support Engfer Consulting since December 2018 as Project Manager Recruiting.

After completing my apprenticeship as a banker, I recently finished my master's degree in business administration. Accompanying my studies, I have already gained several years of experience in recruiting as part of a working student job. At Engfer Consulting, I am responsible for the Recruitment of the Corporate Functions and Productions projects.
