Through his education in mechanical engineering to Dipl.-Ing. level, with a specialism in production technology, and his many years of experience as a production manager, he knows the importance of streamlined processes in manufacturing companies. He is well acquainted with both the short chains of command in owner-managed structures and those found in large corporations. And his great expertise and high degree of value orientation mean that he can support companies in dealing with the resulting HR issues.
