For many years as an HR expert in a large German corporation, I was responsible for the support and development of managers in the west of Germany.
And now retirement? The word alone gave me uneasy feelings. I was missing the familiar contact with people, the professional exchange with colleagues. The professional expertise was no longer in demand. There will be new tasks coming my way that I am very much looking forward to.

I am Lars Born and work as a Recruitment Consultant at Engfer Consulting.
After completing a master's degree in clinical psychology, I found my way into human resources. In addition to my experience in HR consulting and in-house recruiting, I have since been involved in HR development, trainee support and internal and external coaching. Especially through the latter I could learn a lot about the needs and wishes of my colleagues as well as customers and help them to realize their goals.
