Commercial site management (m/f/d)

YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Technical and commercial site management: you are responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of the site, with a particular focus on technical development and commercial optimization.
• Process and organizational development: You analyze and continuously improve the production processes and organizational structures in order to increase efficiency, quality and profitability.
• Leadership and team development: You are a source of inspiration and mentor for your team. Your leadership promotes a culture of innovation and commitment.
• Project management: You manage complex plant engineering projects and ensure that they are completed on time, on budget and to high quality standards.
• Financial management : You will monitor the site's cash flow and budget and implement measures for cost efficiency and financial stability.
• Customer and market orientation: you will deepen relationships with existing customers and build new business relationships to increase your company's market share and visibility.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU:

• A degree in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, or a comparable qualification with a technical focus or a degree in economics
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable management position, preferably in metal processing or special plant construction
• Strong technical knowledge combined with a sound commercial understanding
• Experience in managing production sites and implementing optimization projects optimization projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and achieve business goals effectively
• Fluent German and good English skills for international collaboration
