YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Management of controlling for highly specialized production processes in a technically demanding environment.
• Preparation of detailed financial analyses, budgets and forecasts to support strategic decisions in an international market.
• Continuous review and optimization of cost structures, increasing efficiency in production and improving profitability.
• Implementation and further development of controlling tools and systems, including SAP and Salesforce, to ensure smooth and transparent financial management.
• Regular reporting and presentation of financial results and business plans to management and other stakeholders.

YOUR SKILLS PROFILE

• A degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable qualification.
• At least five years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in the special plant engineering industry or a related technical sector.
• Sound knowledge of production cost analysis and experience with production controlling.
• Fluency in English to communicate with international partners and employees.
• High degree of initiative, assertiveness and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
