- Managing a multidisciplinary team of 35 employees in field sales, internal sales and purchasing.

- Develop long-term strategic plans to strengthen competitiveness by identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Continuously acquire new customers and maintain existing customer relationships, focusing on excellent customer service and building long-term customer relationships.
- Ensuring and monitoring business targets and key figures in own area of responsibility.
- Initiating and leading specific omnichannel initiatives to digitize the sales process using innovative technologies to ensure a smooth transition to online retail and the integration of omnichannel elements.
YOUR PROFILE WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING:
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering or a similar degree program.
- At least 5 years of proven management experience in leading interdisciplinary teams.
- Successful implementation of sales strategies and expansion into new markets.
- Sound knowledge in the field of digitalization of sales processes.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English to be able to interact in an international environment.
- Analytical thinking and a strategic mindset to understand complex market data, identify trends and develop strategic plans.
- Ability to work in a team, confident demeanor and assertiveness to lead your team into the energy future.
