Operations Manager (m/f/d)

For the branch in Lübbenau, we are looking for an experienced manager to lead and develop the site as Operations Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you will be the entrepreneurial heart of your branch. You will combine production, technology, logistics and customer service, always keeping an eye on optimizing key performance indicators. Our partner particularly values your ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Communication and direct exchange with employees are at the heart of your work. YOUR MISSION:

Holistic leadership: As branch manager, you will assume comprehensive responsibility for the management and profit development of the branch.

Empathetic employee leadership: You promote the development of your team and ensure motivation and commitment. Your aim is to create a positive and productive working environment.

Innovation and technology: You will drive technological and process development to continuously improve key performance indicators.

Customer management: In close cooperation with customer service and key account management, you will be responsible for important customer issues such as price adjustments and contract extensions.

YOUR PROFILE, WHICH WE LOOK FORWARD TO RECEIVING:

Academic qualification: Successfully completed university degree 1in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, logistics or business administration.

Leadership skills: You have already gained experience in managing a team or department in a manufacturing environment.

Fluency: Business fluent in German and confident in English for international communication.

Team orientation and strong communication skills: Your ability to motivate a team and communicate effectively sets you apart.

Analytical and strategic mindset: You can grasp complex issues and act in a goal-oriented manner.
