Teamlead Accounting & Controlling (m/f/d)

Your tasks in Finance and Controlling

• You will lead a team of three, consisting of two accountants and one controller
• Preparation of monthly reports, forecasts, budget and strategy planning according to the group's specifications
• Determination of target/actual deviations including analyses and recommendations for action
• Completion of monthly financial statements/annual financial statements according to HGB as well as US-GAAP reconciliation
• Cash forecast/liquidity management
• Tax topics (sales tax, US tax reporting, special topics)
• You are the contact person for finance-related topics and processes for the management, executive functions, the US parent company and its subsidiaries as well as banks and auditors
• Process optimization within the finance department is also part of your challenging area of responsibility.

Your competence profile

• You have a degree in business administration or a completed commercial apprenticeship
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in an international company and/or an auditing firm, are desirable
• Relevant practice in financial management with profound knowledge of general accounting (HGB, IFRS or US-GAAP), SOX guidelines and financial analysis
• Leadership experience is an advantage, but can also be gained in the role
• Fluent in German and excellent in written and spoken English
