YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Sales strategy development: Conception and implementation of innovative sales strategies that lay the foundation for acquisition and growth in new markets.
  • Customer consulting and development: Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through customized consulting and continuous dialogue to strengthen the company's technology leadership.
  • Solution-oriented product presentation: Conducting convincing product presentations that highlight the uniqueness and added value of Customized Energy Solutions.
  • Contract management: Conducting contract negotiations and conclusions, taking into account technical and commercial aspects, in order to secure profitable and sustainable business relationships.
  • Technical project management: Coordination and control of sales projects from the initial inquiry to successful completion using agile project management methods.
  • Market analysis and observation: Systematic market and competitive analysis to anticipate and strategically respond to market trends.
  • Cross-functional team leadership: Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams from Engineering, Marketing and After Sales to create synergies and maximize the company's success.

YOUR COMPETENCE PROFILE

  • Sound technical understanding in areas such as genset technology, marine power or electrical power distribution systems.
  • Proven track record in technical sales of complex systems.
  • Passion for renewable energy and the ability to sell and promote technical innovations.
  • Business fluent in German and English to operate on an international stage.
  • A strong sense of team spirit and the ability to think and act in an interdisciplinary way.
