Working student (m/f/d) in HR Marketing & Creative Design at Blauer Pfau

As a working student (m/f/d) you will play a central role in our team by developing and implementing innovative HR marketing and design strategies. You will work directly with our clients to strengthen their employer branding and bring their career sites to life with creative and AI-driven content. YOUR SPECIFIC TASKS:

• Employer Branding and Corporate Influencer Marketing: Develop and implement creative strategies to strengthen our clients' employer brand and get them excited about corporate influencer marketing. Work on customized campaigns that highlight our clients' corporate culture, values and unique benefits
• Recruiting Marketing: Assist in the design and implementation of marketing activities aimed at attracting top talent. This includes strategic planning of digital content for our owned media channels to increase reach and awareness.
• Creative Design & Al-driven Content: Work closely with our design team to create visually appealing and innovative designs for HR marketing materials. Use Al tools to generate personalized and targeted content.
• Website Editing/Creation: Assist with the creation and editing of websites for both Blauer Pfau and our clients as needed. Your skills in the area of
• web design and development.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Degree in marketing, communications, design or a related field.
• Passion for HR marketing and employer branding as well as a deep understanding of creative design.
• Experience with design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and interest in Al-driven content creation.
• Basic knowledge of website editing and creation is desirable but not essential.A proactive, independent way of working and the ability to achieve excellent results both as part of a team and independently.
