Architect/Construction Manager (m/f/d)

Your extensive area of responsibility:

• You will be responsible for the design, planning and implementation of modernization and renovation projects for properties throughout the company's territory
• You not only recognize energy-efficient solutions and sustainable concepts, but also actively implement them to create a greener future
• Your responsibilities include the preparation of specifications for tenders and participation in award procedures
• Through your financial expertise, you are able to plan, direct and monitor the costs of the various projects. - You keep all parties involved up to date and create transparency for well-founded decisions
• With your coordination skills, you bring together internal and external service providers as well as subject matter experts to ensure a smooth project flow

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable engineering discipline.
• You bring valuable experience in construction management and have extensive technical knowledge in the areas of technical building equipment (TGA) and building physics - in doing so, your holistic approach is reflected in economic and cross-divisional thinking
• Working with MS Projekt and ORCA AVA is child's play for you, enabling you to plan and monitor projects efficiently
• You bring the necessary ambition and extraordinary commitment to successfully drive projects forward
• Your strong customer and service orientation is the foundation for excellent collaborations, especially meeting the needs of customers in the best possible way
• An extra portion of personal responsibility, a good shot of reliability and assertiveness round off your profile as a successful site manager
