Project manager in the field of building construction/project development (m/f/d)

Diese Position ist eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, eine führende Rolle in der umfassenden Sanierung und Modernisierung von vier Wohngebäuden zu übernehmen, die eine essenzielle Funktion im städtischen Gefüge einnehmen. Die Projekte zeichnen sich durch ihre finanzielle und kulturelle Bedeutung aus, mit einem Budget von nahezu 250 Millionen Euro und einer Projektlaufzeit von zehn Jahren, und erfolgen in enger Kooperation mit namhaften Architekten unter Berücksichtigung des bauhistorischen Erbes.

YOUR TASKS INCLUDE:

  • The complete management of challenging new build and refurbishment projects, from planning to completion, including catering, residential accommodation, care facilities and administrative areas.
  • Lead responsibility for the planning, development and successful implementation of architecturally and historically significant residential projects.
  • Responsibility for efficient project organization, including communication and documentation of all processes
  • Strategic analysis and optimization of project management processes, including ensuring stringent quality, time and cost management of all trades involved.
  • Dedicated leadership and cooperative management of interdisciplinary project teams as well as effective communication with all parties involved.
  • Ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards and budgets.
  • Working directly with top architectural professionals to create future-proof and sustainable living concepts.


YOUR PROFILE THAT WE LOOK FORWARD TO:

  • University degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable course of study. At least five years of relevant professional experience in the project management of construction projects, ideally with a focus on refurbishment or new construction.
  • In-depth knowledge of the relevant legal provisions (HOAI, VOB, VOL) and confident handling of CAD and AVA programs.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and in-depth understanding of complex project structures.
  • Strong analytical skills and a pronounced solution orientation with a willingness to work in an interdisciplinary and team-oriented manner.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English and the ability to combine both academic and practical approaches.
