Senior R&D Controller (m/f/d)

• Independent management: You play a key role in shaping the controlling of development projects, optimizing their processes and increasing transparency, measurability and controllability for performance and output
• Responsibility for increasing value: You are responsible for significantly increasing the added value of internal and external development services
• Visionary concept implementation: In interdisciplinary and global teams, you develop and implement avant-garde approaches, particularly in the fields of product and investment controlling, holistic business cases and licensing strategies
• Analytical brilliance: Your precise data analysis and key figure collection provide the foundation for targeted, cost-conscious management decisions
• Strategic planning expertise: Together with stakeholders from development and management levels, you manage short and long-term personnel and cost strategies for development teams worldwide
• Optimization and value enhancement: With a keen eye for detail, you will identify cost drivers and potential, initiate optimization measures and thus achieve outstanding efficiency gains
• International collaboration at its best: As a central interface, you will act proactively in international teamwork, be the preferred sparring partner for development and management teams and represent controlling excellence in development projects

YOUR PROFILE - A FUSION OF EXPERTISE & CHARISMA:

• Completed studies in the field of economics/industrial engineering with a focus on finance, controlling, product development or project management
• Several years of experience and in-depth knowledge of R&D controlling in an international corporate environment
• Strong understanding of processes in the context of product development, customer-specific project development as well as development and maintenance of business cases and license models Very good knowledge of data analysis and forecasting as well as professional knowledge in the use of MS Power BI, SAP and JIRA
• Fluency in English for communication in the teams and at least B2 level in German
• Agile mindset with the ability to work both independently and in synergetic teams
• Excellent communication skills to convince at both micro and macro level
• Precise, structured and independent way of working, with a strong interdisciplinary mindset and enjoy working with the international development teams Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on mentality, you have the ability to think outside the box and make long-term, strategic decisions, as well as the willingness to actively implement them in day-to-day business
