Head of Service (m/f/d) for industrial fans and special plant construction

What to expect in this exciting role:

• You will be responsible for the planning, sales and execution of high quality service activities
• You will prepare quotations for commissioning, installation, spare parts and maintenance in order to provide customers with a first-class service experience
• As a technical leader and manager of fitters, you are responsible for the team of internal and external service technicians and for the smooth running of on-site operations
• You will be the point of contact for complaints and coordinate with engineering and development departments to ensure a quick and satisfactory resolution
• By creating and regularly updating a service and lessons-learned guide, you will contribute to continuous service improvement efforts
• You will be responsible for conducting internal training to ensure that your team is always up to date and able to provide quality service

Your profile we are looking forward to:

• You have a completed technical vocational training with commercial experience or a commercial vocational training with technical affinity
• Ideally, you have several years of experience as a service technician, whereby additional sales experience is an advantage
• Your strong customer orientation and sales affinity coupled with a quick grasp of the situation will enable you to understand and meet our customers' needs in the best possible way
• With your strong problem-solving skills and hands-on mentality, you proactively tackle challenges and find effective solutions
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English, enabling you to communicate easily with customers and internal teams.
• If you already have experience in leading teams, especially assemblers, this is a big plus to be successful in this position
