In a recent article published by the renowned magazine "Personalwirtschaft", our Managing Director, Katharina Engfer, was selected as one of the leading voices in the German HR sector. She was available to the magazine for an exclusive interview on the article "These were the top HR job changes in 2023" to share her perspective on the latest developments in the world of Human Resources.
The interview focused on the results of a comprehensive survey of HR consultants, which highlighted the top HR changes and movements of 2023.
A prime example of the dynamic nature of the HR landscape is the change at the top of Bayer. The former Chief Transformation and Talent Officer, Sarena Lin, left her post in mid-2023. She will be succeeded by Heike Prinz, who will now act as the "traditional" Chief Human Resources Officer. This change came in a respectable third place in the survey.
Katharina Engfer commented on this and described this personnel decision as "groundbreaking". She highlighted Heike Prinz's many years of experience in industrial relations and corporate management and emphasized that Prinz could certainly contribute to setting new standards in employee management and development.
