Benefit Golf Tournament

Yesterday I had the honor to participate in the annual charity golf tournament, the FC Fairways of our 1st FC Cologne. It was a pleasure to share the green with FC legends, like Karl-Heinz Thielen and Jonas Hector and other great personalities!

But more importantly, we really made a difference because, as every year, the game is played for a good cause and considerable sums are raised for the FC Foundation.

Passionate soccer and Cologne tradition, that's what our FC embodies, while at the same time, as one of the biggest clubs in Germany, it also lives up to its social & societal responsibility and specifically supports people who are on the sidelines.

True to the motto "Mer stonn zo Dir", the foundation promotes sustainable concepts and thus the support of FC fans flows back into the entire region.

And in the process, an incredible amount of money has been raised.

Whereas in 2021 it was €50,000, in 2023 it is already around €108,000 for the good cause.

I would say it was worth it, our FC is noticeably different!🔴⚪️
